What we collect
We collect anonymous app analytics such as event views, searches, device platform and a random device identifier. If you create an account, we also store your name and email address. Organiser applications include the details you submit in the application form.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, improve discovery, measure which events are useful and provide organiser tools. We do not sell personal data.
Saved events and notifications
Saved events are associated with your account. Notifications are optional. You may decline them or disable them later in your device settings.
Advertising and external services
The production app may use Google Mobile Ads and Expo services. Event and ticket links may open third-party websites with their own privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Anonymous analytics may be retained for up to 12 months before aggregation or deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@convocircle.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Children
EventFinder is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
